Processing & Production Time
Our made-to-order pieces are carefully prepared within 2–3 business days before dispatch. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
During public holidays, peak seasons and promotional periods, processing may take a little longer than usual.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide.
- Free Shipping: On orders over £60
- UK Standard Shipping: £4 (approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch)
- UK Express Shipping: £6 (approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch)
- International Standard Shipping: £5 (approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch)
- International Express Shipping: £7 (approximately 7–11 business days after dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, local postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
All orders are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Customs & Duties
For supported destinations, customs duties and import taxes are prepaid or covered by Secrave, so you will not be asked to pay additional customs or duty charges upon delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your parcel appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us by email and our team will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
